Outlet Manager – Luxury Hotel Restaurant

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join Dhow & Anchor at Jumeirah Beach Hotel, overseeing a high‑end restaurant in a world‑class luxury resort.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day restaurant operations, guiding staff and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Develop and present the annual business plan, revenue targets and expense budgets for review with the Director of F&B.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, respond to feedback and complaints, and preserve a positive brand image.
• Track progress against the business plan, forecast results and initiate corrective actions to meet financial targets.
• Maintain high service standards, food quality and presentation to exceed guest expectations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of Food & Beverage operations experience in a luxury hospitality environment, including leadership responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high‑performing teams while fostering a culture of service excellence.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue generation and cost control.
• Excellent guest engagement and relationship‑management skills.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
