Outlet Manager – Mi Amie

About the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Outlet Manager to join Mi Amie at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, overseeing day‑to‑day operations of the food & beverage outlet.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise daily operations, providing on‑the‑job training and constructive feedback to staff.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships, supporting the team to reach common goals.
• Implement Food & Beverage standards, ensuring corrective actions align with Jumeirah policies.
• Monitor outlet profitability, recommend solutions, and assist with corrective measures.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations, identify efficiency improvements, and address major guest complaints.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management/F&B Management; Health & Safety certification is an advantage.
• 4‑6 years of relevant experience, preferably in international luxury hospitality.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations, guest service standards, cash handling, inventory management and cost control.
• Proven leadership and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and coach colleagues in a fast‑paced environment.
