Outpatient Registered Nurse (Emirati talent)

About the role

The Outpatient Registered Nurse will deliver high‑quality, individualized nursing care to patients and their families in a multi‑specialty hospital setting, adhering to best‑evidence standards and local health authority guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial nursing assessments and facilitate appropriate medical referrals.
• Provide holistic patient care, planning, implementing and evaluating individualized treatment plans.
• Administer medications and vaccines in line with protocols.
• Promote patient safety by following clinical guidelines and evidence‑based practices.
• Manage clinical equipment, supplies and medical store monitoring.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with the care team.
• Educate patients and families throughout the care continuum, from admission to discharge.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience.
• Current nursing license in the country of origin and UAE medical license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
