Owner Success Associate

About the role

GuestReady is expanding its UAE team and seeks an Owner Success Associate to manage a portfolio of property owners in Dubai. You will handle day‑to‑day requests, support onboarding, and collaborate with internal teams, providing a solid entry point into account management.

Key responsibilities

• Support a portfolio of property owners, answering queries and keeping them informed.
• Track open requests to ensure timely follow‑up and resolution.
• Prepare performance updates, owner statements and explain occupancy, bookings and revenue.
• Escalate complex issues to Account Managers while maintaining professional communication.
• Maintain accurate owner communications and portfolio data in the CRM.
• Collect and share owner feedback to improve the overall experience.

Required profile

• 1–3 years in a customer‑facing role such as customer success, client support or account coordination.
• Clear, friendly communication with a customer‑first mindset.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive, reliable and able to follow through on tasks.
• Comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and CRM tools.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Proficiency in Excel or comparable spreadsheet software.
