Partner Relations Manager (Uzbek & Russian Speaking)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Partner Relations Manager who is fluent in Uzbek and Russian to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on building lasting relationships with partners, driving retention, and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute partner retention strategies aligned with company goals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact, delivering personalized support to partners.
• Monitor partner satisfaction, collect feedback, and implement improvements.
• Analyze partner behavior to uncover upselling and customization opportunities.
• Communicate product updates, promotions, and platform enhancements to partners.
• Provide insights and suggestions to Business Development for platform improvements.
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in partner retention.
• Perform any other relevant tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Degree in a business‑related field.
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Fluent in Uzbek and Russian with excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Target‑oriented, resourceful and able to work autonomously under pressure.
