Partnerships Associate – Government Relations (UAE)

About the role

The Partnerships Associate will support Chalhoub Group’s growth by building and maintaining relationships with government, semi‑government and strategic external stakeholders across the UAE. Reporting to the Managing Director of the UAE, the role offers direct exposure to senior leadership, government relations and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and nurture trusted relationships with ministries, municipalities, tourism authorities, embassies, free zones and other regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate permits, approvals, licences, meetings and official documentation in collaboration with the Government Relations team.
• Act as liaison between business leaders, brand teams and external entities to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
• Represent Chalhoub Group at meetings, networking events, business forums and stakeholder engagements.
• Support internal commercial, brand and retail teams by facilitating timely follow‑up on operational matters requiring external involvement.
• Contribute to projects that enhance collaboration with strategic partners and promote long‑term business growth.

Required profile

• UAE national (Family Book holder).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Public Administration, Communications, Political Science or a related field.
• Strong professionalism, integrity and passion for representing the Group.
