Parts Consultant - Counter Sales

About the role
We are looking for a customer‑focused Parts Consultant to work at the parts counter in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The role involves handling the full sales cycle – from enquiry and quotation to order confirmation and after‑sales support – while collaborating with service, logistics, finance and suppliers.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑standard customer service at the parts counter, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
- Identify customer needs, source required parts and confirm availability, pricing and delivery with suppliers.
- Prepare quotations, process orders and complete sales transactions in the ERP system.
- Manage the complete customer journey from enquiry through purchase and after‑sales support.
- Promote and upsell parts, accessories and current campaigns to maximise sales.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of parts, pricing and specifications.
- Record all customer and transaction data accurately and ensure compliance with SOPs, quality and QHSE standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil customer requirements efficiently.
Required profile
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in parts sales or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Experience in a multi‑brand automotive environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and components.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets in a fast‑paced setting.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems for order processing and data entry.
