Personal Shopper Assistant

About the role

The Personal Shopper Assistant supports the Personal Shopping team in delivering a seamless luxury experience to clients. You will handle incoming client leads, assist with sourcing requests, and help with in‑store purchases, ensuring high‑quality service at every touchpoint.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and leads.
• Support Personal Shoppers with client requests, follow‑ups, and order coordination.
• Visit boutiques and shopping malls to source and purchase items as required.
• Maintain clear and smooth communication with clients throughout the purchasing process.
• Uphold a high level of client service aligned with Sands standards.
• Collaborate with the Personal Shopping team on day‑to‑day operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury, client‑facing role.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Strong communication skills and professional client handling.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.

What we offer

• Base salary of AED 4,000 per month, with performance‑based increase up to AED 5,000.
• Visa sponsorship after a 1‑month trial period.
• Hybrid work schedule: onsite Wednesday‑Friday, remote Saturday‑Sunday.
