About the role
The Personal Shopping Assistant supports the Personal Shopping team in delivering a seamless luxury experience to clients. You will manage incoming client leads, assist with sourcing requests, and help with in‑store purchases, ensuring high‑quality service throughout every interaction.
Key responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and leads.
- Support Personal Shoppers with client requests, follow‑ups, and order coordination.
- Visit boutiques and shopping malls to source and purchase items as required.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and ensure smooth order processing.
- Uphold the high service standards set by the organization.
- Collaborate with the Personal Shopping team on day‑to‑day operations.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a luxury, client‑facing role.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong communication skills and professional client handling.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, service‑driven environment.
Required skills
What we offer
- Base salary of AED 4,000 per month, with performance‑based increase up to AED 5,000.
- Visa sponsorship after successful completion of a 1‑month trial period.
- Hybrid work schedule: office presence Wednesday‑Friday, remote work Saturday‑Sunday.
