Personal Trainer for Boutique Wellness Club

About the role

HALM Collective, a private boutique wellness space in Jumeirah, Dubai, is looking for a motivated Personal Trainer to join its premium, results‑driven coaching team. You will work on‑site delivering high‑quality, individualized training programs that support long‑term transformation for a diverse member base.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement structured training programs tailored to each client’s goals.
• Guide members through sessions, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed.
• Provide nutrition guidance and support sustainable lifestyle changes.
• Build strong coaching relationships and maintain detailed client records.
• Collaborate with a team of experienced coaches, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and mentorship.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of personal training experience.
• Professional personal training certification (Level 3 or equivalent).
• Nutrition certification (Precision Nutrition or Mac Nutrition).
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
