Planning Engineer – Aluminum & Facade

About the role

Azizi Developments is looking for an experienced Planning Engineer to create, monitor, and control schedules for its Aluminum Factory and façade projects. You will work closely with design, procurement, production, QA/QC, logistics and project teams to ensure timely delivery of aluminium and façade works.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and update detailed project and production schedules, including baseline, look‑ahead, recovery and progress reports.
• Break down project scope into design, procurement, fabrication, delivery and installation activities, defining durations, milestones and critical paths.
• Coordinate with the production team to forecast capacity, monitor manpower, machinery and material availability, and identify bottlenecks.
• Track actual progress against the baseline, analyse variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and project teams.
• Collaborate with design, procurement, logistics and site teams to align shop‑drawings, material approvals, deliveries and installation schedules.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of planning engineering experience in aluminium or façade projects.
• Proven ability to develop and manage complex schedules and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
