PMC Construction Manager – Buildings

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced PMC Construction Manager to lead building development projects across Abu Dhabi. You will work within a client‑facing Project Management Consultancy environment, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery management across a portfolio of building projects, coordinating contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and HSE performance; identify risks and drive corrective actions.
• Chair and participate in coordination and progress meetings, ensuring clear reporting and documentation.
• Assist with project planning and execution, including interface management and resolution of construction challenges.
• Provide leadership to site teams, ensuring adherence to agreed processes, standards, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related construction field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 15 years of experience delivering large‑scale building projects, preferably in the UAE.
• Proven leadership and management capability in a client‑facing PMC environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
