About the role
We are seeking an experienced Pool & Beach Manager to lead one of Dubai’s most exclusive beachfront venues. The role combines operational oversight with a strong focus on delivering premium guest experiences in a vibrant luxury setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily pool and beach operations, ensuring safety and service standards.
- Lead and motivate service teams to provide seamless guest interactions.
- Maintain the highest luxury standards across all areas.
- Coordinate VIP experiences and special events.
- Monitor and manage inventory, supplies, and equipment.
Required profile
- Proven experience in luxury beach clubs or resort environments.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Guest‑focused mindset with a commitment to excellence.
