Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant – Cloud Architect

About the role

As a Pre‑Sales Solutions Consultant – Cloud Architect you will drive cloud adoption by translating customer needs into strategic, cost‑effective cloud solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to showcase the value of cloud technologies, address technical challenges, and secure technical wins for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to build strong client relationships and deliver measurable business value.
• Create clear, concise, and persuasive documentation such as presentation decks, blog posts, and proposals.
• Provide expert guidance on cloud platform design, performance, and scalability.
• Design and propose scalable, cost‑optimized cloud architectures and migration strategies.
• Manage technical customer relationships, including product briefings and proofs‑of‑concept.
• Prototype or lead development of pilot cloud solutions.
• Present complex technical solutions at industry events, workshops, and customer meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (Master’s degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience as a technical sales engineer, solutions architect, or similar customer‑facing cloud role.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, Huawei Cloud).
• Strong ability to quickly learn emerging cloud technologies and obtain relevant certifications.
