Preseller – FMCG Sales (Dubai)

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Preseller to drive sales and distribution of its FMCG portfolio across modern trade stores in Dubai. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring product availability, and executing promotions on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver monthly sales and volume targets for assigned stores and SKUs.
• Conduct regular store visits, assess inventory, and generate accurate orders.
• Maintain on‑shelf availability and drive distribution of the agreed assortment and Must Stock List.
• Execute perfect‑store standards including planograms, pricing, and visibility.
• Implement promotions, displays, secondary placements and POSM on time.
• Manage GRVs, damages, expiries and returns to minimise losses.
• Monitor inventory, identify out‑of‑stock or overstock risks and take corrective action.
• Secure distribution and visibility for new product launches.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and relevant personnel.
• Capture market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing and promotions.
• Follow the assigned journey plan and ensure required store visit frequency.
• Provide accurate reporting of sales, orders, distribution and execution gaps.
• Coordinate with KAM, merchandising, supply chain and sales operations to resolve issues.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of FMCG sales or preselling experience, preferably in UAE modern trade.
• Good understanding of order generation, merchandising and in‑store execution.
• Experience managing sales targets, stock, GRVs/returns and promotional execution.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Numerically confident and able to work with basic performance reports.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred/required depending on route).
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
