Pricing Analyst – Cargo Revenue Management

About the role

Join Etihad Cargo’s pricing team to control the entire cargo network pricing and offer management, driving the achievement of the airline’s revenue plan. You will work closely with regional commercial teams to develop and implement pricing strategies across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement seasonal pricing strategies for the region, setting prices by flow, rate type, customer and product.
• Create and manage the portfolio of offers for assigned routes, evaluating effectiveness and taking corrective actions.
• Govern and track performance of prices and capacity allocations, supporting regional commercial teams to meet targets.
• Conduct research and analysis using internal and external data to highlight opportunities and risks for the region.
• Evaluate and approve spot rates, ensuring optimisation of contribution for Etihad Cargo.
• Monitor route performance, analyse load factors and take actions to maintain optimal mix of business.
• Construct pricing proposals for global customer tenders and guide commercial teams on negotiation stance.
• Collaborate in cross‑functional groups to support new product launches, strategic initiatives and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of revenue management or related analytical experience.
• Strong knowledge of revenue management principles, pricing methodologies, modelling, cargo revenue management systems and flight planning.
• Highly numerate and comfortable working with complex systems.
• Effective communicator and decisive decision‑maker.
