Private Banking Acquisition Manager

About the role

Join ADCB’s Private Banking team as a Manager responsible for acquiring high‑net‑worth clients and expanding the bank’s portfolio. You will lead engagement initiatives, drive referral ecosystems, and ensure seamless onboarding while maintaining strict compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support engagement and build synergies with internal and external channels to develop acquisition strategies for New‑to‑Bank (NTB) prospects.
• Drive internal and external referral ecosystems to generate NTB leads and acquire referred clients.
• Attract NTB clients, achieve acquisition targets, and contribute to departmental profitability.
• Onboard clients directly to Private Banking, manage initial funding/AUM transfers, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
• Provide day‑to‑day banking services, exceed client expectations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate handover to Private Banking Relationship Managers and support ongoing client satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to internal specialists on product solutions and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of quality, minimize transaction errors, and comply with all relevant regulations, policies, and guidelines.
• Uphold KYC/AML vigilance, keep client profiles up‑to‑date, and protect confidentiality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in private banking or wealth management client acquisition.
• Strong ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Solid understanding of KYC, AML, and risk‑management procedures.
• Track record of meeting acquisition targets and contributing to profitability.
