Procurement Manager – Contract Management & Outsourced Services

About the role

The Procurement Manager will lead strategic sourcing, procurement and contract management for outsourced services, building trusted client relationships and driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement and tender processes, including RFQs, RFPs, supplier clarifications and evaluations.
• Develop and manage service contracts, statements of work, renewal schedules and contract performance monitoring.
• Own strategic supplier relationships, monitor KPI/SLAs, conduct performance reviews and drive improvement actions.
• Prepare management dashboards, scorecards and reports on spend, savings, risk and commercial performance.
• Lead client meetings, present proposals, identify upselling/cross‑selling opportunities and negotiate pricing within delegated authority.
• Set team priorities, delegate work and coach procurement staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or related field; CIPS/MCIPS preferred.
• 7–10 years of procurement, sourcing or contract management experience, with at least 3 years leading teams.
• Proven client‑facing experience in outsourced or professional services, including negotiations, renewals and upselling.
• Strong analytical, leadership and stakeholder management skills with sound ethical judgement.
