Procurement Manager – Professional Services & Marketing

About the role

Binance is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead vendor onboarding, manage the full vendor lifecycle and support daily procurement operations across indirect categories such as professional services, marketing, HR and legal.

Key responsibilities

• Support vendor onboarding, due‑diligence reviews and regular compliance checks.
• Manage RFP/RFQ processes, vendor selection, assessment and performance reviews.
• Lead negotiations on price, quantity, delivery, SLAs and guide contract signing.
• Assist with data analysis, invoice validation and procurement documentation tracking.
• Contribute to process optimisation and knowledge‑sharing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 5‑8 years of hands‑on experience in indirect procurement.
• Strong bilingual communication in English and Mandarin.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Source‑to‑Pay (S2P) processes.
• Experience with vendor assessment procedures and contract negotiation.
