Procurement Officer

About the role

The Procurement Officer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating and procuring materials, equipment and services for multiple business units, including construction, interiors and joinery. This role ensures timely delivery, cost‑effectiveness and compliance with internal procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate and procure materials, equipment, and services for all business units.
• Build and manage strong supplier relationships within the UAE and international markets.
• Coordinate order tracking, logistics and timely delivery of materials.
• Monitor prices and market trends to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Assess and pre‑qualify vendors based on quality, pricing and reliability.
• Collaborate with project, design and finance teams to align procurement with operational needs.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts and pricing logs.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of procurement experience, ideally within construction, interiors or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial mindset.
• Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE supply market.
