Procurement Specialist – Dubai

About the role

As a Procurement Specialist at Network International, you will support the company’s procurement transformation journey from the Al Barsha office in Dubai. You will manage end‑to‑end procurement activities, ensure compliance with the Group’s policy, and drive sourcing initiatives across multiple categories.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and manage strategic and operational procurement activities for Network UAE and its subsidiaries.
• Ensure governance and adherence to the Group’s procurement policy.
• Support the Procurement Manager and Category Managers on sourcing initiatives.
• Independently own and deliver projects from initiation to completion.
• Deliver measurable savings and provide regular procurement activity reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Stay updated with industry trends and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or sourcing, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable savings and successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with procurement software.
• Advanced use of the MS Office suite.
