Product Genius

About the role

The Product Genius will be the face of our premium automotive showroom, delivering an exceptional customer experience through deep product knowledge, engaging demonstrations, and seamless vehicle handovers. You will work closely with sales executives and service teams to ensure every visitor receives the brand’s high‑standard service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain showroom display vehicles, price sheets, specification sheets, and brochures according to retail standards.
• Ensure the showroom meets premium standards in cleanliness, organization, and overall customer experience.
• Greet and assist customers professionally, conducting in‑depth vehicle needs analysis and detailed product demonstrations.
• Support test drives, prepare sold vehicles for handover, and educate customers on features, warranties, and service guidelines.
• Conduct post‑delivery follow‑ups, schedule first service appointments, and introduce customers to service and parts teams.
• Stay updated on the latest models, technologies, competitor products, and industry trends through regular training.
• Coordinate with internal teams, oversee daily showroom routines, and ensure compliance with company policies, ISO standards, and health & safety regulations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Enthusiasm for premium automotive products and technology.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
