Product Manager - IT Software

About the role

Mindware is looking for a Product Manager in Dubai. The role drives sales of assigned products through a clear strategy and builds partnerships with existing and potential vendors, while coordinating marketing programmes with the Solution Teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the assigned product line and manage the full product life cycle
• Work with Sales Managers across territories to define the right channels and specify market requirements through customer research
• Lead vendor relations, identify partners and provide and manage complex quotations
• Ensure proper storage, tracking and control of inventory through an accurate stock management system
• Oversee targeted marketing programmes and deliver accurate sales forecasts and market development reports
• Support partners, build a customer database and grow the customer base
• Maintain and increase sales of the product line and promote the products and company in the region

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Engineering or a related field
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in the IT/software industry
• Proven experience working with Middle East markets, including Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait (excluding the UAE)

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with the IBM software portfolio, preferably in Data, AI or Automation
