Product & Sales Manager

About the role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Product & Sales Manager to join the team in Dubai. You will manage the product portfolio, ensure market competitiveness and compliance, and drive growth through strategic sales initiatives and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Translate company goals into annual plans and identify new market opportunities.
• Drive B2B sales, monitor competitor pricing and support factory procurement.
• Provide tools and training to sales and product teams while building strong partner relationships.
• Oversee budget management, risk monitoring and deliver performance updates to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
• Product management experience covering portfolio management, product development, launch and lifecycle oversight.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.
• Deep understanding of marketing principles, strategies and tactics.
• Proven market research and analysis capabilities.
• UAE driving licence and personal car.
