Product & Solutions Sales Specialist – Cybersecurity & AI

About the role

Dell Technologies is seeking a Product & Solutions Sales Specialist to drive growth of its Cybersecurity and AI services in the Gulf region. Based in Dubai, you will act as a subject‑matter expert, helping customers understand and adopt cutting‑edge solutions that protect their data and accelerate digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and close new business for Dell’s Cybersecurity and AI service portfolio across the Gulf.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Demand Generation teams to deliver consultative, solution‑based sales engagements.
• Map Dell’s offerings to current and future client needs, creating tailored value propositions.
• Identify and develop opportunities within existing accounts, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecast data in line with Dell’s sales processes.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience selling technology solutions, preferably in cybersecurity or AI.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, able to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel within the Gulf region as needed.
