Product Specialist – Bio-Dermatology

About the role

LEO Pharma is seeking a Product Specialist in Bio‑Dermatology to drive sales performance across the UAE. You will act as a strategic communicator, combining scientific expertise with a passion for sales to influence healthcare professionals and expand market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including nurses and pharmacists, in hospitals and specialist centres.
• Use a customer‑relationship‑management approach to gather insights on customer needs and expectations.
• Provide clinical knowledge, tailor product value propositions, and create LEO advocates.
• Collect market intelligence on customer needs, environmental challenges, and competitor activity.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical Science Liaison, and field teams to develop and execute action plans.
• Review and update customer plans based on sales reports and field intelligence.
• Identify business opportunities and threats, and contribute input to internal functions.
• Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets, monitor territory performance, and take corrective actions when needed.
• Introduce newly launched products, plan visiting cycles, and manage territory business plans.
• Deliver presentations to doctors, practice staff, nurses, and pharmacists; organize medical conferences.
