Product Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Product Specialist to promote Hikma’s oncology and molecular diagnostic products to doctors and healthcare professionals across the UAE. The role focuses on building relationships, delivering product information and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and conduct daily visits to doctors, hospitals and private clinics to present assigned products and meet monthly sales goals.
• Assess patient and physician needs, perform cost‑benefit analyses and communicate the value proposition of Hikma’s brands.
• Deliver conferences, lectures and product trainings while maintaining up‑to‑date disease and product knowledge.
• Monitor competitor activities, market conditions and collect feedback to inform marketing plans.
• Document all sales activities, generate business intelligence, market survey and competitor reports, and update the CRM system daily.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory frameworks and manage company resources responsibly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of successful account management experience in oncology, preferably within UAE public hospitals and private healthcare groups.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex accounts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, self‑starter attitude and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the UAE.

Required skills

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM systems.
