Professional Services Specialist – Partner Onboarding

About the role

Fresha is seeking a Professional Services Specialist to lead the onboarding of new partners onto its AI‑powered beauty and wellness ecosystem. You will work closely with Business Development and Account Management teams to ensure a smooth, high‑quality implementation for each partner.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver partner onboarding within an average lead time of 7 business days.
• Gather and understand each partner’s business requirements and translate them into a tailored Fresha implementation plan.
• Clearly articulate the Fresha ecosystem—including Fresha Pay Online, booking software, and marketplace—to address partner needs.
• Guide partners through the onboarding journey, managing expectations, risks, and accurate go‑live dates.
• Build high‑quality Fresha profiles, activating all payment features and ensuring data accuracy.
• Provide ongoing assistance to partners during and after go‑live to guarantee successful adoption.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (reading, speaking, writing) is mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
