Project Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Management Specialist to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across the organization. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and monitoring activities.
• Coordinate project tasks and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Track progress, milestones, risks, and issues; provide regular status updates.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and documentation.
• Assist in developing schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and project management standards.
• Identify risks and support mitigation plan implementation.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project reviews.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and governance initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5–6 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Knowledge of modern digital tools and project management methodologies (preferred).
• Professional certifications in project management and experience with cross‑functional teams are a plus.
