Project Manager – Fire Protection Systems

About the role

NAFFCO is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of fire protection systems for industrial and construction projects. You will coordinate engineering, procurement and on‑site teams to ensure safe, compliant and on‑time project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from planning through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, procurement and installation personnel.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, resolving technical and logistical issues promptly.
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing progress updates and handling change requests.
• Secure and manage all necessary permits, certifications and documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule adherence.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex technical projects in fire protection, construction or industrial safety.
• Strong knowledge of fire detection, suppression, alarm and emergency shutdown systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as P&IDs and equipment layouts.
• Excellent risk‑management and problem‑solving capabilities with a focus on safety and compliance.
