Project Manager / Senior Construction Manager

About the role

The Project Manager / Sr Construction Manager will lead planning, execution, monitoring and completion of construction activities for high‑rise residential and mixed‑use projects, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, quality, safety and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Execute construction works according to approved drawings, specifications, standards and Inspection & Test Plans.
• Maintain schedule control, monitor progress, and develop recovery plans to address delays.
• Manage manpower, materials and plant deployment, ensuring timely procurement and resource optimisation.
• Coordinate with trades, subcontractors, consultants and vendors, certify work completion and facilitate payments.
• Ensure 100% quality compliance, enforce safety standards and achieve zero incidents.
• Control material wastage, perform cost‑control measures and propose value‑engineering initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10‑15 years total experience, with at least 8 years in the UAE on commercial/residential high‑rise projects.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager on a minimum of two residential building projects from start to hand‑over.
• Strong knowledge of UAE authority requirements.
