Project Manager – Strategic Projects

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end planning, execution and monitoring of strategic projects for Areem Plus Global Consultancies in Dubai. The role ensures delivery on time, within scope and budget while aligning initiatives with sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives and create detailed project plans.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including government entities and corporate clients.
• Manage project risks, issues and mitigation strategies.
• Prepare status reports and present progress and recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
• Support contract management, resource allocation and quality assurance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, including risk assessment and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Ability to work on‑site in Business Bay, manage multiple priorities and adapt to a fast‑paced, culturally diverse environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, International Relations or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
