Property Advisor - Real Estate

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is an award-winning Dubai brokerage that invests in its advisors with leads, tools and support to build long-term client relationships. As a Property Advisor, you will guide international and local investors to the right properties, negotiate and close deals, share market insights and manage client property portfolios from first enquiry through to after-sales. This is a commission-only position with no fixed salary.

Key responsibilities

• Guide international and local investors to suitable properties
• Negotiate and close deals
• Share market insights and manage client property portfolios
• Work with daily fresh international leads and full marketing support

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property sales or luxury sales
• A proven track record of AED 20M+ in total sales over the last 12 months
• Strong client service and long-term relationship-building skills
• Solid knowledge of the Dubai real estate market
• Fluent English plus one or more additional languages (e.g. Russian, Portuguese, Polish, German, Dutch)
• Valid UAE driving licence
