Property Consultant

About the role

As a Property Consultant at KARADAN LANDS, you will work on‑site in Dubai full‑time, guiding clients through property sales, leasing and investment decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping clients make informed choices in a dynamic market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify client needs and present suitable property options.
• Conduct property viewings and provide market insights.
• Manage leads, follow up with prospects and negotiate offers.
• Support clients throughout the transaction process and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare documentation and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.

Required profile

• Strong consulting and real‑estate knowledge to advise clients on market trends.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills to build long‑term relationships.
• Effective sales abilities to generate leads, close deals and meet targets.
• Knowledge of Dubai real‑estate laws, regulations and market dynamics.
• Previous experience in property consulting, brokerage or a related role is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai with the necessary work authorization.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
