About the role

Metropolitan Premium Properties is seeking high‑performing Property Consultants to join its elite brokerage team in the UAE. You will work with premium off‑plan and secondary developments, leveraging the company’s extensive inventory and market visibility to close high‑value deals.

Key responsibilities

• Close transactions across off‑plan and secondary property markets.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, generating repeat business.
• Represent top‑tier developers and premium projects throughout the UAE, including Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
• Collaborate with in‑house marketing, listing, and analytics teams to maximise exposure and lead flow.
• Utilise the company’s conveyancing and escrow support to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a real‑estate broker handling deals of AED 2.5M+ average value.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build client trust.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
