Property Consultant – Real Estate Sales

About the role

Excel Properties, an award‑winning brokerage in the UAE, is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to join its Sales & Off‑Plan team. You will act as a bridge between buyers and sellers, providing expert market advice and helping clients secure the right investment.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate transactions between buyers and sellers.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages and legal requirements.
• Prepare and present property proposals to close deals.
• Research market trends to identify high‑demand, profitable areas.
• Match investor objectives and budgets with suitable property investments.
• Negotiate prices with property agents on behalf of clients.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date database of Dubai real‑estate projects.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, proactive and self‑driven.
• Strong communication, sales and negotiation abilities.
• Team‑player with a confident and enthusiastic attitude.
• Positive mindset and passion for real estate.
