Property Consultant – Secondary Market (Dubai)

About the role

Premier Capital Real Estate is seeking a motivated Property Consultant to specialise in Dubai’s secondary‑market transactions. You will build and manage your own client portfolio, guide buyers and sellers through the full sales cycle, and contribute to the growth of our market‑share in the city.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads for secondary‑market properties.
• Source, list and maintain high‑quality property portfolios.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing and negotiation strategies.
• Conduct property viewings and follow‑up with prospects.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions professionally.
• Maintain accurate client and property data in the company CRM.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to promote listings.
• Achieve individual sales and listing targets while staying updated on Dubai property trends and regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum one year of experience in Dubai’s secondary real‑estate market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai communities and transaction processes.
• Existing network of property owners or active listings is highly preferred.
• Proven sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Excellent communication, proactive and target‑driven attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE residency visa; UAE driving licence and vehicle preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with major property portals.
