Property Manager – Premium Commercial Office Tower

About the role

The Property Manager will oversee day‑to‑day operations of a premium commercial office tower, ensuring a safe, well‑maintained environment and high tenant satisfaction. The role acts as the primary contact for tenants and service partners, delivering a premium experience for VIP and high‑profile occupiers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain tenant relationships, manage complaints, service requests and conduct regular engagement sessions.
• Oversee property operations, including FM, cleaning, landscaping, waste management and ensure standards across common areas.
• Manage parking operations, VIP parking arrangements and monitor utilization.
• Coordinate tenant events, activations and building initiatives with minimal disruption.
• Support security, emergency preparedness, health & safety compliance and vendor performance.
• Prepare budgets, monitor expenditures, review invoices and produce performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 8‑10 years of relevant experience, including 3‑5 years in a senior property management or operational leadership role.
• Proven experience managing Grade A commercial office buildings and delivering premium tenant experiences.
