Purchase Coordinator – Car Showroom

About the role

We are seeking a confident, friendly, and highly organised Purchase Coordinator to join our leading used‑car showroom in the UAE. In this customer‑facing position you will support vehicle owners who wish to sell their cars to us, ensuring a smooth and professional transaction from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers visiting the showroom to sell their vehicles.
• Provide a welcoming, professional experience throughout the selling process.
• Guide customers through required documentation and explain next steps clearly.
• Follow up with customers after the sale and encourage positive reviews.
• Organise Power of Attorney documents, bank loan clearances, and vehicle transfer paperwork.
• Collect, review, and verify the accuracy of all customer and vehicle documents.
• Coordinate with customers, banks, and internal departments to progress each transaction.
• Proactively follow up on outstanding documents, approvals, and requirements.

• Confident and friendly with strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised and detail‑oriented.
• Enjoy working with people and managing multiple cases simultaneously.
