QA/QC Engineer – Façade Factory

About the role

The QA/QC Engineer will join Hardox International's façade manufacturing facility in Dubai, overseeing quality control throughout the production process. The role ensures that raw materials, components, and finished façade units meet project specifications and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inspections on incoming raw materials, curtain‑wall components, aluminum profiles and finished façade assemblies.
• Monitor production lines to verify compliance with factory manufacturing standards and project‑specific quality benchmarks.
• Maintain complete QA/QC documentation, including material test reports, mill certificates, daily inspection logs and non‑conformance reports (NCRs).
• Collaborate with production managers and project engineers to identify defects and implement corrective action plans.
• Validate material handling, protective coatings, structural glazing and assembly tolerances before dispatch.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Civil or Materials Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience in a façade manufacturing or structural glazing plant.
• Residency in Dubai with a notice period of one month or less.
• Company visa will be provided.
