Quantity Surveyor – Road, Earth & Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Dubai team, focusing on road construction, earthworks and infrastructure projects. The role involves managing costs, preparing bills of quantities and supporting contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed BOQs, quantity take‑offs and cost estimates for road, earthworks and infrastructure works.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs and evaluate variations.
• Assess subcontractor payment applications and issue interim payment certificates and final accounts.
• Handle contract administration, documentation and coordination with project managers, engineers and site teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in GCC road, earthworks or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and cost control procedures.
• Good communication and negotiation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Experience with quantity surveying software (QS software).
