Real Estate Agent – Commission Only (Dubai)

About the role

Khush & Co. is a boutique brokerage in Dubai looking for ambitious individuals to join as commission‑only real estate agents. You will work across residential and commercial sales and leasing, receiving mentorship and marketing support to build a long‑term career.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for sales and leasing.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional consultations.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions.
• Stay updated on market trends, pricing and new project launches.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve individual and company targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate, sales, hospitality or another client‑facing role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, disciplined and target‑driven with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Passion for sales, networking and building long‑term client relationships.
• Financially prepared to support yourself during the initial 3–6 months while building a pipeline.
