About the role

Altara LLC FZ is hiring a commission-only Real Estate Agent in Dubai. The role is office-based in Business Bay and suits someone who wants to build their own real estate business in a performance-driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads and expand your client portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, buyers, tenants and landlords.
• Identify market opportunities and match clients with suitable residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property consultations, viewings, negotiations and transaction follow-ups.
• Manage the sales process professionally, from first contact through deal closure.
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and build long-term referral networks.
• Work towards individual sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build relationships, influence decisions and negotiate effectively.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of sales-driven business environments.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and client management skills.
• Self-disciplined, proactive and able to manage your own pipeline of prospects.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, able to work under pressure and handle rejection professionally.
• Previous experience in real estate, property sales, luxury sales, investment advisory or a similar client-facing industry is highly advantageous.
