Real Estate Agent – Dubai Property Sales & Leasing

About the role

Join Homestead Real Estate, a fast‑growing agency in Dubai, as a full‑time Real Estate Agent. You will work on‑site, helping clients buy, sell, and lease residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property viewings and prepare compelling listings.
• Provide market insights, pricing advice, and legal guidance to clients.
• Prospect new leads, follow up with inquiries, and maintain an up‑to‑date portfolio of available properties.
• Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and manage client information using agency CRM tools.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real‑estate markets, local regulations, and property valuation.
• Proven sales ability with experience in negotiation, closing deals, and meeting targets.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Organized, able to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
