About the role

Join Allegiance Real Estate as a Real Estate Agent and specialize in Dubai's luxury property market, advising investors and selling premium off‑plan and ready properties.

Key responsibilities

• Advise local and international investors on Dubai's luxury real estate market.
• Promote and sell premium off‑plan and ready properties across the UAE.
• Build long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and property investors.
• Generate, manage, and convert qualified leads into successful transactions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Required profile

• Experience in Dubai real estate sales, property consultancy, or high‑ticket B2B/B2C sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
• Passion for luxury real estate and helping clients build property portfolios.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
