Real Estate Agent – Property Specialist

About the role

DVAM Real Estate is seeking a motivated, target‑driven Property Specialist to join its growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a passion for real estate, and the ability to build long‑term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, networking, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Understand client property requirements, budgets and investment objectives, and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct property viewings, provide accurate information and maintain consistent follow‑ups with prospects.
• Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout sales and leasing processes.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s market trends, property prices and new launches.
• Maintain accurate client and lead information in the CRM and achieve sales, call, lead‑generation and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Dubai/UAE real estate sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, self‑motivated with a professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
