Real Estate Agent – Secondary Market

About the role

Bekh Real Estate LLC is seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent (Secondary) to join its brokerage team in Dubai. The role offers the chance to work alongside experienced brokers, receive structured mentorship, and build a personal book of business in the residential or commercial secondary market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads through networking, social media, referrals and respond to inbound enquiries from Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle.
• Identify motivated sellers and secure exclusive listings.
• Understand client goals, provide market advice, and guide them from viewings to contract signing and handover.
• Source, list and market properties, coordinate photography, floor plans and property descriptions.
• Prepare RERA documentation (Form A, B, F) and liaise with developers, conveyancers and mortgage brokers.
• Maintain CRM records, provide weekly pipeline updates and track performance against targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, preferably in real estate or a high‑value B2C/B2B environment.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong client‑relationship skills and a professional, presentable demeanor.
