Real Estate Broker – Dubai

About the role

Preeminent Properties is expanding its brokerage team in Dubai and seeks motivated Real Estate Brokers to drive property sales and rentals. You will work in a dynamic environment, leveraging market insights to match clients with the right properties.

Key responsibilities

• Source, list, and close off‑plan and ready‑to‑move property sales and rental deals in Dubai.
• Build and maintain a network of property owners, investors, and tenants.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on Dubai real‑estate trends and pricing.
• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies, and financing options.
• Negotiate offers and finalize transactions while ensuring compliance with RERA regulations.
• Maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat and referral business.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Real Estate Broker or Agent in Dubai.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai’s property market, communities, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and professional demeanor.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Ukrainian, Turkish.
