About the role

Key responsibilities

• Generate and follow up on qualified leads provided by the company.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close transactions.
• Maintain client relationships and provide after‑sale support.
• Utilise digital marketing tools and CRM systems to manage prospects.
• Assist clients with the RERA licensing process when required.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with disciplined work ethic.
• Currently residing in Dubai.
• Prior experience in real estate or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
