About the role
Hogar Properties is seeking a motivated Real Estate Consultant to focus on secondary and off‑plan property sales in Dubai. You will work with quality leads, leverage the company’s market expertise, and help clients secure premium residential and investment properties.
Key responsibilities
- Sell secondary and off‑plan properties to qualified buyers.
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads.
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings.
- Build strong client relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of Dubai real‑estate experience (mandatory).
- Proven experience in secondary and off‑plan sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and passionate about sales.
